How to make`Turkey bean soup with kale'

Ingredients:
  • 3-4 cups of shredded turkeyWhite Bean and Kale Soup with Turkey Sausage.jpg
  • 2 quarts of mushroom broth
  • 1 can of cannellini beans
  • 1 bunch of kale
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of redpepper flakes(optional)
  • 1/2 box of ditalini pasta
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 small onion
  • crusty white bread

Directions:
  1. In a large dutch oven, warm olive oil and add onion to soften.
  2. Then add chopped garlic and a little salt.
  3. Saute for one minute.Add turkey,beans and kale to the pot.
  4. Then add the broth.add cooked pasta,salt and pepper to taste and red pepper if wanting a little heat.Let simmer on low for 20 minutes for flavor to work together.Serve with fresh parmesan cheese grated on top with crunchy white bread.
